Licensed Structural Engineer wanted (SOMA/south beach)

We are looking for Structural EngineersĀ applicants for 2 full-time positions:

 

PROJECT ENGINEER/PROJECT MANAGER

Position requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in civil engineering with structural emphasis.
– 7-10 years’ experience in structural detailing and preparing construction drawings for buildings.
– Ability to run projects from start to finish as a project manager or ready to step up to a project management position.
– Strong detailing abilities.
– Knowledge of construction administration and field observation.
– Experience in concrete and steel design, including SAP and ETABS skills.
– Professional engineering license required.

ENGINEER/PROJECT ENGINEER

Position requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in civil engineering with structural emphasis.
– 3-5 years’ experience in structural detailing and preparing construction drawings for buildings.
– Ability to work under supervision to complete assigned projects.

– You should be a self-starter capable of working with and without supervision.
– You should be comfortable collaborating with a team of engineers, architects, clients and contractors, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– You should work well with others and be team player.
– You should be detail-oriented but also not afraid to take design risks and be creative.
