During retrofit of this historic brick structure, damage was uncovered at the upper walls that required that they be rebuilt.

At the request of the owner, Fulcrum worked with the contractor to create a shoring/construction sequence that allowed construction to continue without expensive and time consuming external shoring of the walls.
