Pivot Structural Engineering is a full-service structural engineering consulting firm since 2014.  Our staff has over 25 years of design and project management experience in a wide variety of structural projects.

Expertise in multiple types of projects and clientele including the following: historic buildings (from wood-framed homes to un-reinforced masonry commercial structures), new and remodeled commercial, multi-family and custom residential, industrial buildings, educational and municipal projects.  Knowledgeable in a variety of San Francisco Bay Area and California jurisdictions and in codes such as the California Building Code, as well as the California Historical Building Code, the International Building Code, ASCE 31/41, the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards, and other documents.
